1977 Tribal Resolution Amending the 1953 Enrollment Ordinance (Resolution 77-04; amended 1953 Enrollment Ordinance; adopted July 10th, 1976)

1999 Tribal Resolution Amending the 1953 Enrollment Ordinance (Resolution 99-23; amended 1953 Enrollment Ordinance; adopted January 9th, 1999)

1999 Tribal Resolution Rescinding 99-23 and Adopting New Enrollment Ordinance (Resolution 99-63; rescinded 99-23; adopted July 10th, 1999)

2000 Tribal Resolution Rescinding 99-63* and Restoring the 1953 Enrollment Ordinance (Resolution 2000-43; rescinded Resolution 99-63; adopted July 8th, 2000)

*-Tribal Resolution 2000-43 contains a "Whereas" which states that Resolution 99-23 was adopted by the Crow Tribal Council on July 10th, 1999.  However, Resolution 99-63 was adopted on July 10th, 1999 and Resolution 99-23 was actually adopted on January 9th, 1999.  Also, Resolution 2000-43 purported to rescind 99-23, but Resolution 99-23 had already been rescinded by Resolution 99-63.  Finally, Resolution 2000-43 sought to restore Tribal Resolution 77-04 but Resolution 77-04 was a minor amendment to the 1953 Enrollment Ordinance (which Resolution 77-04 cites).

Note: the Crow Housing Ordinance was adopted by the Crow Tribal General Council in 1964 and amended in 1977.  The General Council passed a resolution in the 1990's which established the Crow Tribal Housing Authority as the "tribally designated housing entity" pursuant to the Native American Housing and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA).
